What helps with a technical report?

Include your device and operating-system version, the screen or feature involved, what you expected, and the steps that produced the issue. Remove personal or financial details from screenshots.

Can you recover a deleted journal?

Usually not. Core workspace data is designed to remain local to your device. If local storage is cleared without a backup or export, BR Rise may have no server copy to restore.
