About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the BR Rise market-observation workspace and this marketing website. “BR Rise,” “we,” and “us” refer to the team responsible for the product. This policy does not cover third-party websites or services that may be referenced from our product.
BR Rise is an educational observation tool. Displayed values are illustrative delayed snapshots and are not execution prices or recommendations.
What the product handles
The core workspace is designed to work without an account. The following table summarizes the main information categories.
| Information | Purpose | Where it stays |
|---|---|---|
| Journal entries and scenarios | Let you record and review observations | Local device storage |
| Workspace preferences | Remember display and workflow choices | Local device storage |
| Illustrative market references | Provide delayed observation context | Displayed in the product; not linked to a personal profile |
| Support message details | Reply when you contact us | Your email provider and our support inbox |
We do not ask for brokerage credentials, transaction authority, payment-card data, or government identification to use the core workspace.
Local-only workspace data
Journal entries, saved scenarios, and relevant preferences are intended to remain in storage controlled by your device. They are not routinely uploaded to BR Rise servers. Clearing application or browser storage, uninstalling the product, resetting the device, or using device-cleaning software may remove this information.
Your responsibility for local copies
Because locally stored data may not be recoverable by us, use any available device backup or export option when retaining a record matters to you. Do not record passwords, account numbers, or other highly sensitive information in free-text journal fields.
Data-source and network notes
BR Rise may request delayed or illustrative reference information from market-data or content providers. Those requests can expose ordinary technical information such as an IP address, device or browser type, request time, and the requested resource to the relevant provider or hosting infrastructure.
Source notes in the product identify the role and timing limitations of displayed references where practical. Third-party providers handle information under their own policies. BR Rise does not represent delayed reference values as real-time or executable.
When you contact us
The contact form prepares a message in your email application. When you send that message, we receive the name, email address, subject, message, and any attachment you choose to add. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, maintain support records, and protect the service from misuse.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Please avoid sending brokerage statements, credentials, identity documents, or sensitive financial information.
Control over your information
You may edit or remove journal content, reset preferences, clear local storage, or uninstall the product. These actions may be permanent if no separate backup exists.
For information contained in support correspondence, you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your request, subject to applicable exceptions. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
BR Rise does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no related sale or targeted-advertising opt-out flow.
How information is protected
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information under our control. Local-only design reduces centralized exposure, but no device, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can reduce risk by keeping your operating system current, using device access controls, installing software from trusted sources, and avoiding sensitive details in journal or support text.
Children’s privacy
BR Rise is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Policy updates
We may revise this policy as the product, data practices, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate in-product or website notice when required.
